TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE PROCESS
Travel Society’s process begins with an obligation-free discovery session. In this session, we get to know you, your rough plans, and what you’re hoping to get out of this trip. From here, we send through a proposal outlining an initial plan for putting your trip together.
This proposal is open to amendments – your input shapes the final itinerary until it’s exactly what you’ve been dreaming of. Once you're as excited about the plan as we are, simply sign off, and we’ll take care of the rest, turning your vision into reality.
HOW IS A MOBILE AGENT DIFFERENT FROM A TRADITIONAL TRAVEL AGENT?
Unlike a traditional travel agent, a mobile agent can come to you, whenever and wherever you need them. Phone calls, meetings and emails can all happen outside of the regular nine-to-five working hours.
With the flexibility to manage their own schedule, they can dedicate more time to personalising your travel experience and guaranteeing every detail meets your travel needs. Mobile agents still offer the same security as booking through a regular agent, Travel Society affiliates through the Global Travel Network who are accredited by ATAS, AITA and CLIA.
WHAT IS GLOBAL TRAVEL NETWORK?
Global Travel Network is a community of mobile travel agents, equipped with the tools and support to run their own independent travel businesses. Global Travel Network is part of the ‘My Travel Group’ – Australia’s biggest independent buying group, this partnerships means we have access to a huge range of products at negotiated prices.
WILL IT COST MORE TO USE YOUR SERVICES?
No, my goal is to always save you time and money.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IN FULL?
Upfront payment is not required to use Travel Society’s services and we have a number of payment options we can tailor to your circumstances. However, if you would like to pay upfront, we do offer a discount if you pay within the first 14 days.
DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Yes, we offer a range of travel insurance options to suit different needs. From basic coverage for trip cancellations and delays to comprehensive plans that include medical emergencies, lost luggage, and more, we can work with you to find the right coverage for your trip.
WHAT DESTINATIONS DO YOU SPECIALISE IN?
Our expertise isn’t limited to specific destinations. No matter where your dream trip takes you, reach out, and we’ll craft the perfect itinerary for you. However, we have a lot of experience in curating trips through Europe, Africa & Canada.
